Furnace Technologies is an Australian owned and operated company, based out of Jandakot, with over 25 years of industry experience. Currently specialising in the design and supply of Furnaces, Kilns and Ovens for the Mining Industry, Engineering Companies, Laboratories and Education Sector.

We require a full time Bookkeeper / Administration officer to join our team.

About the role:

Hours: Up to 37.5 hours per week, This is flexible with hours per week and start and finish times

Location: Jandakot

Overseeing the general administrative functions of the office.

Key responsibilities:

Accounts Receivable, Invoicing and following up on overdue accounts.

Accounts payable, Processing supplier invoices.

Bank and credit card reconciliations.

Payroll and superannuation processing.

Preparation of BAS, quarterly and monthly PAYG.

Generating monthly financial reports.

Liaising with our external accountant.

General administrative duties.

Skills and Experience:

Minimum 3 years relevant experience.

Proficiency in Pronto (essential).

Ability to self manage and meet deadlines.

Good communication and organizational skills.

Experience in exporting / importing an advantage but note essential.
