We are currently seeking a full-time Office Administrator to join our small but busy Malaga office. We are predominantly a manufacturing business but also carry out some site work.

The successful applicant will be involved in all aspects of office administration, payroll and accounts functions, reception, preparation of quotations and customer service.

The preferred candidate for this role will possess the following personal qualities:

· Highly organised with great attention to detail

· Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

· Solid understanding of accounts processes

· Experience in payroll

· Excellent time management

· Experienced and competent with MS Office and MYOB (or similar)

· Demonstrate initiative and problem solving

· Experience in small business operations

Duties include but are not limited to:

· All aspects of small business administration including business finance management, invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, BAS statements, payroll etc

· Preparation of financial reports for the management team

· Preparation of quotations from pricing to submission to customer

· Ordering stock, materials, stationery and sundry supplies

· Debt collection and client liaison

· Health and Safety documentation and record keeping
