Pope Packaging is a privately owned, family business which was established is SA in 1954 to trade, manufacture and recycle Textile bags. Pope Packaging has diversified and grown to include both plastic and Paper into its production, becoming one of the leading suppliers of bags and sacks Australia wide.

About the Role:

Pope Packaging is a Customer focused manufacturing business. Our Wingfield business is seeking an experienced and dedicated Customer Administration Manager. Working closely with internal stakeholders, your primary responsibility will be to lead and oversee the administration team, ensuring efficient operations and optimal support for business functions.

Minimum 5+ years of experience in administration or office management roles is required for this position.

Manufacturing industry experience is preferred but not essential for this role.

Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be accountable for implementing and managing administrative processes, actively focusing on continuous improvement, while ensuring compliance with company policies and fostering a collaborative environment.

Duties Include:

· Provide support to the Customer Service team and internal stakeholders

· Supervise and mentor Administration Officers, promoting professional development and team collaboration

· Review and refine administrative processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency in processing invoices and records

· Oversee the management of general, freight, and supplier invoices, ensuring compliance and adherence to financial policies

· Establish and monitor goals for the team, ensuring all department requests are handled with efficiency and attention to detail

· In conjunction with the Warehouse Manager, monitor and manage warehouse stock movements, including incoming shipments

· Manage all aspects of financial documentation for procurement and supplier payments

· Ensure that pricing adjustments align with invoicing after prior consultation with relevant parties

· Drive the creation, maintenance, and updating of Bill of Materials (BOM) and pricing structures

· Oversee the creation and maintenance of customer product specifications, ensuring all information is accurately recorded

About You:

· Customer and continuous improvement focused

· D365 experience highly desirable

· Results Orientated mindset with ability to work to deadlines, customer first approach

· Multi-tasker with advanced problem-solving skills

· Ability to work under pressure to deliver on customer satisfaction

· Ability to foster long-term key stakeholder and customer relationships

· Strong leadership skills and proven experience coupled with team development skills

Minimum 5+ years of management or leadership experience is required for this role.

· Good team player, work unsupervised with high work ethic and reliable

· Strong attention to detail with great communication (verbal and written) and organisational skills
