Vital Plus is a family-run business and Australia's most trusted distributor of holistic, science-backed skincare products (Nimue, GERnetic, SpongillaTech, Vita Sol, Sequential & JooMo), seeking a Business Development Consultant to expand our presence across Queensland, from the Sunshine Coast to the Gold Coast.
In this exciting, part-time role, you'll represent our exclusive portfolio of results-driven skincare brands, including the revolutionary VitaSpicule Bio-Microneedling. Your mission? To open new salon and clinic accounts, build authentic relationships, and expand each partnership through education, support, and tailored business strategies.
This is a dynamic sales role where heart meets purpose — ideal for someone who's motivated, organised, and passionate about holistic skin health.

What You'll Need to Succeed
A valid (& clean) driver's licence and a reliable car
Your own mobile phone, laptop or tablet
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage your own schedule
A high level of determination, persistence, and self-motivation
Minimum of 3 years of sales experience within the beauty or skincare industry required
Experience in education or product training (advantageous but not essential)
The ability to work independently while being an active team contributor
Professional presentation and confident communication skills
Familiarity with CRM systems and digital communication tools is a plus
Australian work authorisation is required for this position
