Xplicit Kleans is a fast-growing, Brisbane-based cleaning and maintenance company trusted by Developers, builders, and commercial property managers. We’re known for our reliability, professionalism, and quality-guaranteed service — covering everything from pressure and roof cleaning to bond cleans and industrial projects.

As we expand, we’re looking for a motivated Business Development Representative to help drive our next growth phase.

About the Role

You’ll be the front line of our growth — finding and contacting new commercial clients, building relationships, and creating quote opportunities for our team.

Your day-to-day will include:

Researching and building prospect lists (builders, body corporates, real estates, facilities managers).

Making outbound calls and sending follow-up emails to introduce our services.

Booking site visits and quote appointments for the Director.

Following up with leads and updating call results weekly.

What We’re Looking For

Confident, clear phone manner and great communication skills.

Motivated by results and commissions.

Comfortable making cold calls and speaking with decision-makers.

Organised — able to track outreach and follow up professionally.

Experience in sales, customer service, or trade-related industries is an advantage.

What We Offer

$30-$38 per hour + commission ($50–$100 per booked quote + 2% on successful jobs). Depending on experience.

Flexible part-time hours (16–20 hrs/week – 2–3 days).

Ongoing training and support directly from the Director.

Opportunity to grow into a full BDM role as we expand.
