Senior Project Manager – Tier 2 Commercial Builder | Sydney

Join one of Sydney’s leading Tier 2 commercial builders, known for delivering quality projects across government, commercial, education, health, and community sectors. With a strong pipeline of upcoming work, they are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead $150M+ new build projects.

The Role:

As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for the successful planning, coordination, and execution of a new construction project. You’ll lead a site-based delivery team, foster strong relationships with stakeholders, and ensure excellence across safety, quality, time, and cost.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full project lifecycle from construction commencement through to handover
• Lead and support project teams, including mentoring site staff and subcontractors
• Oversee programme planning, risk mitigation, cost control, and safety compliance
• Collaborate with design, commercial, and client teams to deliver on expectations

What we're Looking For:

• 8+ years’ experience as a Project Manager / Senior Project Manager delivering new build commercial construction projects
• Strong track record across various sectors (e.g. education, health, community, commercial, residential)
• Proven experience delivering new build construction projects valued $100M+
• Previous experience working for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor in Australia
