With a secured pipeline of landmark projects, this is a pivotal role driving the successful delivery of premium developments across Sydney.

About You

• 8-10+ years’ experience in a client-side, developer-side, head contractor project management role - Tier 1 or 2 preferred.
• Proven track record across hotels, residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects
• Strong knowledge of ECI, D&C contracts, project programming, and authority approvals
• Skilled in managing multiple stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and authorities
• Detail-driven with a passion for delivering design-led, high-quality outcomes
• Excellent communicator with strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead and mentor junior staff member and drive positive project outcomes
• Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, Property, or similar

The Role

You’ll oversee projects end-to-end, from early design and approvals through to construction, completion, and handover. Partnering with development and consultant teams, you’ll lead project outcomes, optimise buildability, and manage contractors to deliver on time, budget, and quality expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full project lifecycle through design, approvals, tendering, and construction
• Manage ECI processes and contractor performance to ensure programme and cost alignment
• Drive buildability, value management, and construction efficiencies
• Prepare programmes, tender scopes, and manage D&C contract compliance
• Oversee PCG meetings, progress reporting, and site performance
• Collaborate on cash flow forecasting, feasibility inputs, and milestone tracking
• Manage project close-out including settlements, defects, and authority handovers
