Senior Project Manager – Client Side

A leading property development and construction group is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager (Client Side) to oversee the delivery of high-profile Class 2 residential and mixed-use commercial projects.

The Role

As Senior Project Manager, you will lead the client-side delivery of multiple projects, from concept through to completion. Working at the intersection of development and construction, you will ensure seamless execution across program, budget, and quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

• Driving end-to-end project delivery across Class 2 mixed-use residential and commercial projects
• Managing head contract administration, procurement, and contract negotiations
• Providing technical guidance on buildability, methodology, and risk management
• Overseeing budgets, forecasting, and project reporting
• Leading consultant, contractor, and authority liaison through all phases
• Mentoring and growing the project management team

Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years’ experience in project management, ideally in a developer-builder or client-side environment
• Strong track record delivering Class 2 or large mixed-use projects
• Proven ability in contract administration and managing head contractors
• Strong construction knowledge, commercial acumen, and stakeholder management skills
• Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
