About the Role

As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of 120 residential properties, ensuring exceptional service for both owners and tenants.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading the leasing process from advertising to lease execution, ensuring minimal vacancy and maximum rental income

Conducting regular inspections and coordinating maintenance to protect asset value and ensure tenant satisfaction

Managing tenancy renewals, rent reviews, and lease compliance

Ensuring timely rent collection and arrears management in line with company policies and legislation

Liaising with owners and tenants to maintain strong relationships

Organising repairs and maintenance work orders promptly and efficiently

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential property management

Strong communication and customer service skills with a genuine ability to build relationships

Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively

Solid understanding of residential tenancy legislation and industry best practices

Proficiency with property management software

A proactive, positive, and solution-focused approach

QLD Certificate of Registration (or higher)

Current QLD driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
