Your Day-to-Day

Manage a well-maintained portfolio of residential properties

Build trusted, long-term relationships with landlords and tenants

Coordinate leasing activities, marketing, inspections, and applications

Oversee repairs and maintenance efficiently, with a personal touch

Conduct routine and entry/exit inspections with care and attention

Resolve issues proactively, keeping communication open and clear

Work alongside a friendly team who genuinely enjoy what they do

What We’re Looking For

Experience in residential property management (minimum 1–2 years preferred)

Current Real Estate Certificate or Licence

A people-first attitude — warm, approachable and professional

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Confidence using property management software and modern tools (PropertyMe and Inspection Express experience a bonus)

A proactive mindset with a genuine passion for property and people
