Experienced Property Manager – Full Time

We’re searching for a seasoned Property Manager who knows how to manage properties the right way. If you've been in the game long enough to remember doing things manually (and doing them well), you're exactly who we're looking for.

What’s the role all about?

We need someone who’s confident working autonomously and isn’t afraid to take the reins. You’ll manage your own portfolio like it’s your own business — and have the maturity and experience to do just that.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

Full scope property management for approximately 60 units — end-to-end, with minimal supervision

Working with systems like PME, Ignite (REA), Realworks, and DocuSign

Navigating applications, lease documents, and tenancy agreements confidently

Staying ahead of current legislation and applying it practically

Laying the groundwork for sales

Who We're Looking For:

A true Property Management professional – 5+ years experience minimum

Comfortable using PropertyMe

Experience with Ignite, Realworks & DocuSign essential

Bonus points if you’ve worked onsite before

Mature, driven, and proactive — you can manage yourself and your time effectively
