The Role:
You'll oversee seven stores in total - five across NSW, one in ACT, and one in SA - leading, inspiring, and coaching Store Managers to drive results. With regular travel to SA and ACT, you'll stay close to the team and ensure consistent standards across the region.

This role suits a commercially-minded leader who thrives in-store, leads from the front, and knows how to bring out the best in people. You'll be responsible for:

• Leading, motivating, and developing Store Managers across multiple states
• Driving sales, customer experience, and operational excellence
• Supporting VM standards and store presentation
• Coaching and mentoring teams to deliver growth and consistency
• Working closely with head office to execute retail initiatives

About You:
You're a people-first leader with a strong background in multi-site retail management. You love developing talent, setting clear expectations, and creating results through your teams. Ideally, you've come from lifestyle, fashion, or similar consumer-driven retail environments.

• Proven success leading multi-site retail teams and driving performance through others
• Strong coaching and mentoring style with a genuine focus on developing Store Managers
• Commercially astute with the ability to analyse store performance and identify opportunities
• Hands-on, energetic, and comfortable spending time in-store with your teams
• Confident communicator who builds trust and alignment across different locations
• Flexible and organised, with the ability to travel regularly interstate
