We are a leading Australian wholesaler of specialty automotive tools, hand tools, and accessories, supplying major automotive retail chains across the country. With a strong reputation for quality products and outstanding service, we are growing rapidly and are looking for a driven and self-motivated NSW State Sales Manager to join our national sales team.

About the Role
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, this full-time role is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with retail store teams across NSW. The successful candidate will be the face of our brand across the state, visiting existing customers regularly, promoting new products, supporting our retail partners and also building the client base through cold calling, prospecting, and developing strong relationships with potential retailers

This role will involve:

Regular in-store visits across Sydney (majority of time)

Occasional travel to regional NSW

Attendance at industry trade shows several times per year

Approximately 90% travel and 10% work from home

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail store staff and managers

Promote product knowledge and drive sales through store support

Ensure product displays and promotional material are current and effective

Identify sales opportunities and provide feedback to management

Represent the brand at trade events and expos

Locate and develop new business

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in a sales or account management role (automotive industry preferred)

A passion for tools and/or the automotive sector

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule

Willingness to travel regularly throughout NSW

Full driver’s licence
