Busy Construction Material Recycling yard is looking for an experienced Maintenance Trade Assistant to work alongside the Maintenance Team.

This role will see you perform various laboring duties to assist with the smooth running of Fixed Plant Machinery together with Conveyer Systems and other Machinery as required.

AM Shift 5 days per week with some Saturday and Sunday work

Someone with exposure to the Waste Industry would excel in this role, together with strong Mechanical Aptitude and a team focus.

You will have key responsibility in

Contribute to continual improvement in production processes, process capabilities and efficiencies.

Lubrication of plant and equipment and other preventative maintenance.

Repair and maintenance to our plant equipment, both planned and unplanned.

To ensure the safe, efficient and cost effective provision of acceptable quality products to meet agreed performance targets and statutory requirements.

Product and process technical support

Comply with adhere to Resource Co standard operating procedures and all operational and workplace policies of the company as amended from time to time.
