About the role

W Win Engineering Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled Mechanical Fitter to join our team. In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for the assembly, installation, maintenance, and repair of concrete pumping equipment.

The position begins with a comprehensive training period (3–6 months) at our Milperra head office (NSW). Once training is completed, you’ll relocate to our Perth branch to become the dedicated Mechanical Fitter for our established and growing fleet in Western Australia.

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop specialised skills and take ownership of mechanical servicing operations in a key growth market.

What you'll be doing

Assemble, install, and maintain a wide range of mechanical equipment and machinery

Perform scheduled and preventive maintenance tasks to keep concrete pumps running efficiently

Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with concrete pump machinery, and carry out necessary repairs

Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to coordinate maintenance activities

Ensure all work is completed to the highest safety and quality standards

Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used

What we're looking for

Formal trade qualifications in Mechanical Fitting, Diesel mechanic or a similar trade

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Mechanical Fitter in a similar industrial setting

Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required for this position

Previous hands-on experience with hydraulic systems, pumps and compressors (desirable)

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skill

Basic electrical knowledge

Willingness to relocate to Perth after completing training period
