About the role
 This role is ideal for a marketer who loves autonomy, strategy, and storytelling. Someone ready to own and deliver a global marketing plan that drives real results and brand consistency across international markets.
Duties
 In this hands-on and strategic position, you’ll take full ownership of the company’s marketing direction, working to establish a cohesive global brand identity.
- Managing the company’s Instagram presence and overall social media strategy.
 - Using AI tools to enhance copywriting and streamline content creation.
 - Making light website updates (such as image uploads and minor copy changes).
 - Collaborating closely with design and leadership teams to ensure strong brand alignment.
 - Developing and executing a 90-day marketing plan with clear KPIs and measurable ROI.
 - Creating high-quality content (photos and videos) including occasional travel to capture project stories and team moments.
 
This is not a role focused on mass marketing; it’s about crafting thoughtful, targeted campaigns that speak to a niche audience.
Skills & experience
You’re a confident and proactive marketer who enjoys both strategy and execution. You’re curious, data-driven, and able to clearly communicate how your work contributes to tangible business outcomes.
- Experience in product or brand marketing, ideally within design, creative, or boutique industries.
 - The ability to demonstrate ROI on marketing activities.
 - Strong visual content creation skills both photo and video.
 - Excellent written communication and creative storytelling.
 - A collaborative, flexible, and positive personality.
 - Experience with AI-assisted content creation tools (e.g. for copy, imagery, or video)
