We are currently seeking applications for a Manager, Corporate and Communication, to join the Compulsory Third Party (CTP) Regulator for a period of 24 months.
Renumeration: ASO8 ($121,107 to $125,679 p.a.).
Job Description:
We are looking for a kind and experienced Manager, Corporate and Communication to help shape how the CTP Regulator supports the recovery of people injured in motor accidents and protects vehicle owners against the financial impact of causing personal injury to other road users.
You'll lead and inspire two dedicated teams, focusing on developing their capabilities while managing strategic actions, internal communications, social media, and creative services. As a people leader, you'll foster professional growth, facilitate training opportunities, and create an environment where your teams can deliver their best work.
This role combines strategic thinking with a hands-on approach. From a public enquiries line to communications strategies that build confidence for the South Australian community, you'll empower one team to be at the forefront of meaningful communications that have direct impact. Your second team will benefit from your strong generalist experience in corporate governance, organisational learning and development and project management.
About Us:
The Compulsory Third Party (CTP) Regulator is a statutory authority established as the independent regulator of South Australia's CTP insurance scheme. We are responsible for delivering a fair and competitive CTP Scheme with choice, ease and confidence for the SA community. We have oversight of monitoring and reporting CTP Insurer activities and are responsible for the premium setting process. These activities ensure that a fair and affordable Scheme is maintained, improving Scheme performance for motorists and injured people.
