About the role

As a Window & Door Installer at The Window Installation Company, you will be responsible for the professional and efficient installation of windows and doors for our residential and commercial customers across Melbourne. This full-time position involves working as part of a team to ensure each project is completed to the highest standard, on time and within budget.

We work for some of Australia's most recognised window and door manufacturers, completing replacement work, new builds and glazing to mention a few.

What you'll be doing

Ensuring a tidy and safe work environment throughout the installation process

Providing exceptional customer service and liaising with clients to address any questions or concerns

Maintaining detailed installation records and reporting on project progress

Working closely with the broader installation team to meet deadlines and deliver projects successfully

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years' experience as a window and door installer or in a similar construction role

Equivalent construction experience in carpentry, building, joinery, shopfitting, or glazing will be accepted

Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision and care

Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients

A current driver's licence and reliable transportation to get to job sites

Willingness to work outside of standard business hours when required

Australian work rights are required for this position
