About the role

Ecostar Double Glazing is seeking a full-time Window & Door Fabricator to join our manufacturing team at our Dandenong South, VIC location. In this role, you will be responsible for the fabrication and assembly of high-quality uPVC double-glazed windows and doors to meet our clients' specifications.

What you'll be doing

Cutting, shaping, and assembling uPVC window and door frames according to design requirements

Measuring, sawing, and joining materials to build window and door components

Fitting and installing glass, hardware, and other fittings to complete window and door units

Ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety protocols throughout the fabrication process

Collaborating with the production team to maintain efficient workflow and meet deadlines

Performing regular maintenance and cleaning of tools and equipment

What we're looking for

At least 2 years' experience in window and door fabrication or a related manufacturing role.

Strong hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

Knowledge of window and door construction techniques and industry standards

Proficiency in the use of power tools, hand tools, and measuring equipment

A team player with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
