Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Assembler & Installer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling, installing, and maintaining security doors, roller shutters, and related components. You will work on-site at customer locations and in our workshop to ensure each installation meets our high standards of quality and security.

Key Responsibilities

Assemble security doors, roller shutters, and associated hardware in the workshop.

Install doors and shutters at residential and commercial sites.

Read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and work orders.

Measure and cut materials to precise specifications.

Operate power tools, hand tools, and machinery safely and efficiently.

Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and adjustments as needed.

Ensure all installations comply with safety regulations and company standards.

Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements

Previous experience in assembly, installation, or a similar trade

Proficiency with hand and power tools.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy materials.

Valid driver’s license (essential).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong work ethic and commitment to quality workmanship.
