Salary Package: from $90,000 up to $100,000

As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a talented Estimator to join our experienced team.

About the Role We are looking for a positive, energetic Estimator to join our growing team. Working closely with another experienced Estimator, you’ll play a critical role in accurately estimating and managing a diverse range of projects, ensuring client satisfaction and ongoing success. You'll bring your expertise in aluminium windows and doors, retrofitting, general window and door systems, and project management skills to deliver precise, competitive, and timely quotations while coordinating effectively with suppliers to achieve excellent business results.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparing detailed and accurate estimates for commercial and residential projects

Collaborating closely with clients, builders, and suppliers

Coordinating supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery, quality assurance, and cost-effectiveness

Analysing project specifications, plans, and drawings to determine accurate pricing

Ensuring quotations reflect quality standards and profitability targets

Supporting project teams with accurate documentation, project management assistance, and timely advice

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as an estimator, ideally specialising in aluminium windows and doors (Minimum 2-3 years specific experience)

Experience on Softtech (V6) or Orgadata (Logikal)

Strong knowledge of window and door systems, including understanding of retrofitting glass

Demonstrated project management experience

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Positive attitude, team-oriented, and friendly disposition

Outstanding attention to detail and organisational skills
