You will be working directly with the principal of the practice and senior lawyers with a good mix of estate planning, contested estate and equity matters including litigation matters in Supreme Court of NSW.

Qualifications & experience

Minimum 2 years PAE

Tasks & responsibilities

Experience in drafting Wills, PoA, Enduring Guardianship

Experience in contested Estate, Probate and Family Provision claims

Independent carriage of matters

Competent in preparation of affidavits

Drafting court documents and correspondence

Preparation of Briefs to Counsel, including observations

Working closely with other members of the team including paralegals

Good understanding of client and risk management
