As we expand our dynamic Maitland office, we’re searching for a skilled Solicitor to bring their experience, passion, and people-first approach to our busy practice.

About the Role

This isn’t just another legal role — it's a genuinely unique opportunity to build your legal career your way. We’re looking for an experienced Solicitor to assist across a variety of legal areas including:

Estate Planning – Wills, Powers of Attorney, and Guardianship

Property Law & Conveyancing – Residential, commercial, and rural matters

Deceased Estates – Probate and estate administration

Family Law (Divorce Matters) – Where applicable to your experience

The role can be tailored to suit the right candidate.

You’ll enjoy a hands-on, fast-paced role with plenty of variety, autonomy, and support. Whether you’re returning to work, scaling down, or looking for a new environment to grow your client base – we’re here for it.

What You'll Bring

✔️ A minimum of 3 years' post-admission experience
✔️ Working knowledge of LEAP and PEXA
✔️ Excellent drafting and strong computer skills
✔️ Outstanding communication – both written and verbal
✔️ A proactive, can-do attitude and a genuine passion for helping clients
✔️ Confidence, professionalism, and a touch of personality to match our team culture
