Solicitor with experience in Property, Wills & Estates required. Our client specialises in all property transactions, including Conveyancing, Leases and the Purchase and Sale of Businesses. They also specialise in the areas of Wills, Estate Planning, Powers of Attorney, Deceased Estates and Business Law.

A position is available in their Parramatta Area office to focus on property transactions, conveyancing and estates.

Salary and Features of this position:

• $150,000 - $160,000 Salary Range for the right Lawyer

The firm provides an excellent range of specialised services related to Conveyancing, Property & Development, Business Transactions, Wills, Power of Attorneys & Enduring Guardians, Family Law, corporate and commercial.

The client base comprises first home buyers, property developers, real estate agents, banks, mortgage brokers and surveyors. The firm typically advises on the development of properties, landmark urban renewal projects, residential land, strata and community title, industrial estates, commercial buildings, shopping centres, golf courses, hotels, clubs and rural properties.

What we are seeking :

• 5 + PAE in property law, conveyancing, Estate, Wills, Power of Attorneys and Enduring Guardians is required
• Ability to manage matters end to end
• Excellent communication skills and ability to prioritise and manage workload
• Friendly and polite approach.
