Our client, one of Australia’s most loved and rapidly expanding food brands, is seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to lead operations at their Central Production Kitchen in Brisbane.

With 50+ sites across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and the Gold & Sunshine Coasts, they’re renowned for their commitment to freshness, quality, and innovation.

The Role

Reporting to the Head Chef (NSW), you’ll oversee:

6–10 Kitchen Assistants

1–3 Kitchen Supervisors

3–4 Drivers

You’ll manage daily production, food safety, and team performance in a high-volume kitchen environment — ensuring consistent, high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute daily production in line with orders and forecasts.

Manage stock, equipment, and compliance with HACCP standards.

Lead, roster, and train your team to deliver exceptional results.

Maintain strict food safety and cleanliness standards.

Collaborate with the Head Chef, suppliers, and logistics to keep operations seamless.

About You

3+ years in a commercial or production kitchen.

2+ years in a leadership role.

Strong knowledge of food safety (HACCP & FSP).

Skilled in planning, communication, and people leadership.
