The Role

Opportunities with this business are few and far between due to the low turn over and loyal staff tenure however, an exciting opportunity has come to light forming part of a high performing team.

Key components of the role involve:

• Interpret local council requirements for siting purposes
• Produce accurate detailed working drawings for construction
• Develop and produce new design concepts for consideration.
• Produce specific details and develop a library of standard construction details
• Provide accurate volume siting plans for new developments

What you need

You will ideally have 5+ years Residential Drafting experience working for a project home builder using Revit, especially in a high-volume production environment.

It is also essential that you have strong construction knowledge and the ability to work well in a large sized team.

You will have an open mind and enjoy taking on new challenges and throwing yourself out there.

The successful candidate will be the type of person who thrives in a fast paced environment, has a passion for the building industry and design and sees themselves long term in the next role they take on.
