Job Description:
We are looking for Occupational Therapists and Speech Pathologists to join our growing team. Whether you're seeking full-time, part-time, casual, or contractor positions, we welcome you! This is an exciting opportunity to work with a wide-ranging caseload across mobile and clinic-based settings. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine clients' functional capacity and needs.
Develop and implement individualised intervention plans to meet client goals.
Provide evidence-based occupational therapy or speech pathology interventions for paediatric and adult clients.
Collaborate with clients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure holistic care.
Complete detailed and timely documentation, including progress notes and reports.
Stay current with research and best practices in occupational therapy/speech pathology intervention.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy or Speech Pathology.
Current registration with AHPRA or Speech Pathology Australia.
Experience working with paediatric and/or adult populations is preferred, but new graduates are welcome.
Knowledge of the NDIS framework is advantageous.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
Flexibility in working hours and settings (mobile/clinic).
