Are you ready to take ownership of a dynamic warehouse operation and shape it your way?
We’re looking for a Warehouse Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. This is not your typical admin-heavy role — it’s about directing the flow, driving efficiency, and building a future-ready warehouse.

Process Improvement: Champion automation and smarter workflows to reduce manual handling and increase throughput.
Physical Operations: Get hands-on with container destuffing, pallet wrapping, and general warehouse duties.
Safety First: Promote and uphold a strong safety culture in every aspect of the operation.
Why This Role is Different
Autonomy: You’ll have the freedom to build and evolve the warehouse function — your way.
Growth Opportunity: As the company scales, so will your role. This is a chance to grow into a leadership position.
Tech-Forward Focus: We’re keen on automation and digital tools — your strong IT skills will help drive innovation.

Proven experience in warehouse coordination, logistics, or supply chain operations.
Strong IT skills — confident with systems, data, and tech-driven solutions.
Experience with WHMS platforms (implementation experience is a bonus).
Comfortable with physical labour — including container destuffing, pallet wrapping, and manual handling.
