Warehouse Supervisor – Forrestdale, WA

Location: Forrestdale, WA
Reports To: Warehouse Manager & Working hours 7:30am to 3:30pm
Salary: $70K–$80K + Super + Incentives

Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive individual to support daily operations, customer service, and team performance at their branch. This role oversees warehouse and logistics operations while ensuring compliance with company procedures and safety standards.

About the Role

As the Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Warehouse Manager to deliver efficient and effective operations. You’ll lead by example, provide clear direction to the warehouse team, and ensure smooth day-to-day performance across all logistics functions.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and motivate warehouse staff, ensuring productivity and professionalism.

Manage daily and weekly inventory checks, report stock discrepancies, and oversee stock transfers.

Coordinate the receipt of containers and ensure goods are processed accurately and efficiently.

Investigate and report damaged or missing products, ensuring compliance with internal procedures.

Maintain a safe, organised, and compliant warehouse environment.

Work collaboratively with the customer service team to resolve client queries promptly.

Ensure all operational documentation is completed accurately and on time.

About You

Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar leadership role.

Strong background in operations, logistics, or warehousing.

Manual driver’s licence and forklift licence are desirable but not mandatory.

Knowledge of ERP systems and warehouse management processes.

Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Previous experience in the automotive or industrial sector (highly regarded).
