TS Staffing are delighted to be partnering with Yilgarn Iron for the restart of their Yilgarn Iron Ore Hub.

We are looking for a Warehouse Officer to join the site team and support the delivery of critical materials to site personnel and contractors.

About the Role
This is a hands-on role ensuring the smooth operation of the warehouse on a free-issue material basis. You’ll be responsible for receiving, storing, and issuing materials, maintaining accurate stock records, and ensuring site teams and contractors have what they need to keep the operation running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Management

Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and issuing materials.

Maintain accurate stock records and support inventory audits.

Ensure timely and accurate data entry in inventory and procurement systems.

Support warehouse setup and organisation as part of the restart operation.

Health, Safety & Compliance

Ensure all warehouse activities are conducted safely and in accordance with site safety requirements.

Monitor compliance with site procedures for storage and handling of materials.

Stakeholder Engagement

Liaise with site teams, contractors, and suppliers to coordinate deliveries.

Provide updates on stock levels and requisitions as required.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or stores coordination.

Experience working with free-issue material systems highly regarded.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, operationally-focused environment.

Basic computer literacy with experience in stock management systems.

Location & Conditions

Site-based in the Yilgarn region.

FIFO / DIDO arrangements from Perth

$130k plus super target salary
