As our business continues to grow, we’re looking for a dependable, organised and proactive Assistant Warehouse Manager to join our operations team.

About the Role

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you’ll be hands-on in the day-to-day running of our warehouse - from overseeing order all stock dispatch to keeping our stockroom running smoothly. It’s a varied role suited to someone who enjoys structure, teamwork and the satisfaction of seeing things done well.

Key Responsibilities

Support and guide the warehouse team to ensure smooth, efficient operations

Oversee picking, packing and dispatch of online orders

Receive and process inwards goods; maintain accurate stock records

Prioritise daily tasks and help set the pace for the team

Operate and manage our warehouse management system (Cin7)

Coordinate deliveries from international suppliers

Keep warehouse spaces clean, safe and organised

Perform garment quality checks prior to dispatch

Monitor KPIs such as pick accuracy and fulfilment rates

Liaise with freight providers and manage customs/imports (Zonos, ShipStation)

Key Skills & Experience:

Previous experience in a warehouse, dispatch, or logistics role for an e-Commerce-based business

Strong organisational and time management skills

Confident leading or supporting small teams

Hands-on approach and attention to detail

Comfortable using warehouse or stock management systems (Cin7, ShipStation, Monday.com a bonus)

OH & S awareness

Clear and friendly communication skills

Reliable, punctual and proactive
