Restaurant Manager – Yass Soldiers Club

Yass Soldiers Club is a proud community venue located in the heart of Yass, NSW. With a thriving bistro, café, and function space, we are committed to delivering high-quality food and beverage experiences for our members and guests.

As the Club continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead our food & beverage operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day restaurant and bistro operations.

Lead, train and motivate front-of-house staff to deliver outstanding customer service.

Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure smooth service.

Manage rosters, budgets, and wage costs effectively.

Maintain compliance with all licensing, WHS and Club standards.

Drive a positive dining culture and enhance the member experience.

About You:

Proven experience in a management or supervisory role in hospitality (clubs, pubs, restaurants, or hotels).

Minimum 3+ years of management or supervisory experience in hospitality is required.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Excellent customer service focus and ability to manage a busy floor.

Sound knowledge of food & beverage operations, including bar and restaurant service.

Current RSA and RCG (or willingness to obtain).

Ability to work a flexible roster including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
