About the Role

We are seeking a creative and experienced Digital Marketing & Meta Ads Specialist to manage and grow our online presence across multiple social media platforms. This role requires expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and strong familiarity with Shopify for product management.
You will play a key role in planning and executing paid advertising campaigns, creating engaging content, and occasionally appearing in or providing voiceovers for promotional videos.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns across:

Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok

Experience with WeChat and Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book) will be considered a strong advantage.

Analyze and report on campaign performance, optimizing for ROI and audience engagement.

Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling ad content and visuals.

Confidently appear in or narrate short-form video ads when needed.

Manage and update products on the Shopify platform, including:

Adding and editing product details, images, and pricing.

Ensuring accurate product listings and integration with Meta and other social platforms.

Stay current with advertising trends, algorithms, and platform updates.

Qualifications & Requirements

3+ years of proven experience running Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns.

Strong hands-on experience with Shopify product and website management.

Proficiency in creating and optimizing campaigns on Pinterest and TikTok.

Strong creative sense for digital marketing content and video storytelling.

Confident on camera and comfortable with voiceovers for promotional content.

Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Must be available to work 2 days per week in our Lane Cove office, with potential for the role to become full-time based on results.

Preferred Skills

Experience with WeChat and Little Red Book (Xiaohongshu) marketing.

Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, and cross-platform remarketing.

Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, and analytics dashboards.
