Key Responsibilities
- Acting as a first point of contact for clients via phone, email, and correspondence.
- Preparing, coordinating, and managing client documentation and digital signature requests.
- Supporting compliance processes including tax lodgements, BAS/IAS, and SMSF reporting.
- Assisting with ASIC and ATO-related lodgements and correspondence.
- Maintaining accurate client data across systems such as Xero Practice Manager (XPM).
- Coordinating workflows, scheduling team events, and managing client communications.
- Liaising with brokers, lawyers, and other external stakeholders.
- Uploading and organising documents within client portals.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years’ office experience in an administration or client services role.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to solve problems independently.
- Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
- Confidence with Microsoft Office Suite and experience using Xero Practice Manager (XPM).
- Familiarity with SMSF administration, ASIC, and ATO processes.
- Experience with systems such as Karbon, ATOmate, or NowInfinity.
