About the role:

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to become a vital part of CBM as a Client Service Officer.

Serve as primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and meeting their needs.

Distribute incoming work, ensuring adherence to priorities and pricing guidelines.

Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and risk management requirements.

Collaborate with clients, service providers, and internal teams to coordinate and execute service delivery.

Coordinate and manage stakeholder partnerships, communications, and meeting schedules.

Document and communicate service requirements throughout the entire process.

Provide management with feedback on contractor performance.

Monitor client satisfaction levels, address any potential concerns or service gaps and provide solutions.

Represent the company's values and commitment to excellence in all interactions as a brand ambassador.
