The Role

• Reporting to the Operations Director, the Senior Logistics Manager will oversee a newly established Distribution Centre and manage a 3PL logistics team. This role is responsible for:
• Designing and implementing logistics strategy and processes.
• Managing inbound and outbound flows, warehouse operations, and e-commerce fulfillment.
• Overseeing ERP & WMS systems, including project implementation and optimization.
• Ensuring compliance with import/export regulations and company standards.
• Driving continuous improvement and efficiency across all logistics activities.
• Managing budgets, KPIs, and 3PL performance.
• Leading, mentoring, and developing the logistics team.
• This is a business-critical, senior leadership role with direct influence on the brand's long-term growth and omni-channel success.

About You

• University degree with 5+ years' experience in logistics/operations management, ideally in retail or luxury.
• Proven expertise in warehouse management, transportation, import/export, and compliance.
• Strong project management, ERP/WMS, and analytical skills.
• Exceptional leadership and communication abilities with experience managing high-performing teams.
• Strategic thinker with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
