Our client:

People2people are excited to once again be partnering with an Australian owned organisation who have built their property portfolio within regional Queensland through acquisitions and mergers while building their reputation for quality service and offerings in both the retail and hospitality industry sectors. Additional sites mean additional resources in the high performing but collaborative HR team.

The role:

Reporting to a seasoned HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting regional sites throughout the entire employee lifecycle. As a valued member of a collaborative and supportive HR team, you will provide expert guidance on a broad range of matters including employee queries, grievance resolution, performance management, and reviews. Additionally, you will contribute to the development and enhancement of HR policies, procedures, and frameworks. Demonstrated experience in employee relations (ER) will be highly regarded.

Selection criteria:

• Tertiary qualification in HR / related fields coupled with experience in generalist HR related role
• Proven track record in providing HR advice and support to internal stakeholders
• Demonstrated ER skills and experience
• Effective communication (verbal & written) and people skills
• High attention to detail with a customer centric problem-solving approach
• Thorough understanding and knowledge with legislation and awards’
