We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales and Customer Support Representative to join our team.

This is a dual-purpose role where you’ll be responsible for making outbound sales calls to prospective clients, managing inbound customer support calls, and providing friendly, professional service at all times.

You’ll also perform key administrative duties such as data entry, call logging, and CRM updates, helping our team stay organized and efficient.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound sales calls to generate leads and close deals.

Manage inbound customer support calls with professionalism and care.

Provide basic receptionist services, including answering and directing calls.

Log all calls and interactions accurately in our systems.

Perform data entry tasks and keep customer records up to date.

Use HubSpot CRM to manage client data and track sales progress.

Work with telephony systems to manage calls efficiently.

Assist with general administrative tasks when required.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Confident using computers and learning new systems quickly.

Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.

Familiarity with telephony systems and call logging.

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment.

A positive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn.
