We’re seeking an experienced Trade Marketing Manager to lead the execution of innovative omni-channel marketing strategies across Australia and New Zealand. This is a 12-month opportunity based in the Sydney CBD, working onsite 5 days a week for a large well known business.

In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind trade marketing initiatives that enhance the shopper journey both in-store and online.
You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and retail partners to design and deliver impactful activations that boost category performance and strengthen brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement annual trade marketing plans aligned to brand and commercial goals.
• Deliver both digital and physical retail activations, including fixtures, POS, merchandising, and promotional campaigns
• Strong fixture project management experience, particularly across in-store fixtures
• Partner with retailers and distributors to optimise execution and ensure brand consistency.
• Manage budgets, track campaign effectiveness, and deliver strong ROI.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to bring seamless shopper experiences to life across multiple channels.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years’ experience in trade/shopper marketing, ideally within large-scale consumer or retail-focused industries.
• Strong background in both digital and physical retail activations.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Data-driven mindset with experience measuring campaign effectiveness.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge across Adobe is highly desirable
