Join a collaborative Fund Dealing Services team that supports the end-to-end trade lifecycle for clients investing in managed funds (unlisted unit trusts). You’ll gain exposure to trade management, reconciliations, pricing, and month-end reporting while developing technical expertise within a leading securities services business.

What you’ll be doing

Processing client applications and redemptions for managed funds

Generating and authorising payment instructions before daily cut-offs

Recording and settling trades in the accounting system

Reconciling cash balances, unit positions, and periodic transactions (fees/rebates)

Responding to client and internal Fund Accounting queries

Completing month-end unit reconciliations and registry confirmations

Preparing reports and statistical data for internal and external stakeholders

Monitoring market price deliveries, validating movements, and updating pricing systems

Managing static data set-up and responding to pricing queries

What we’re looking for

At least 1 year of financial services experience (custody or funds management preferred)

Knowledge of managed funds, unit pricing, or fund operations processes

Strong attention to detail with accountability for producing accurate work

Ability to work to deadlines and manage risk in a team-oriented environment

A proactive learner with a strong work ethic and desire to progress in their career

Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
