ABOUT THE POSITION.
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee day-to-day office operations and support the wider team. You will be a strong and reliable support to company operations while maintaining and creating procedures, providing outstanding assistance, and ensuring that the team is well supported. This is a pivotal role that ensures the smooth running of our office and contributes directly to the success of our projects.

DUTIES.

  • Managing and coordinating work orders
  • Assist in preparation of tender submissions
  • Using project management software to monitor projects, run reports, and improve processes
  • Processing payments, invoices, and recurring office expenses
  • Maintain internal compliance systems including safety documentation and subcontractor onboarding
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations and administration, including filing, receipts, stock, and general office tasks

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.

  • Previous experience in an Office Manager role ideally within the construction industry - highly favourable but not necessary
  • Ability to build strong work relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • High level of verbal and written communication skills
