About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at Auslink logisticspty ltd' as a full-time Bookkeeper or Accountant. Based in Laverton North, VIC, this role will play a key part in the company's accounting and financial operations.

What you'll be doing

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including processing invoices, payroll, and other accounting tasks

Preparing monthly financial reports and analysing financial data to identify trends and opportunities

Ensuring the company's compliance with all relevant accounting and tax regulations

Providing support to the finance team and contributing to the overall financial management of the business

Assisting with the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and other financial planning activities

What we're looking for

Relevant tertiary qualification in accounting or a related field

Strong experience in bookkeeping or accounting, preferably within a small-to-medium sized business

Excellent attention to detail and proficiency in financial software and tools

Solid problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to provide insightful financial recommendations

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team
