Bookkeeper Ad:

We are seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated bookkeeper to join our small family-owned public accounting practice specialising in small to medium sized business clients.

As a Bookkeeper, you will enjoy working in a close knit and collaborative team environment of up to 6 people and will primarily be responsible for the following:

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing client transactions on monthly and quarterly basis in accounting software

• Reconciling bank accounts

• Processing payrolls

• Processing payments, & transactions

• Recording of payments, & transactions

• Processing superannuation

• General account support to clients

• Organising bank account feeds for clients

• Preparing Bas returns and lodging with the ATO

• Managing clients bookkeeping requirements

Experience in MYOB and cloud-based accounting such as Xero is required as well as any previous work experience with an accounting firm.

A fantastic opportunity for a motivated, organised person with excellent verbal and written communication skills to gain experience working alongside qualified staff.
