Your Role - Advice Delivery Lead

As the Advice Delivery Lead, you’ll work closely with advisers and the client engagement team to ensure advice documents are prepared and delivered accurately, on time, and in line with compliance standards. You’ll also support the Client Service and Engagement teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation processes.

This role is ideal for someone with paraplanning or advice operations experience who’s ready to step into a leadership support role.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist advisers in preparing Statement of Advice (SoA) and Record of Advice (RoA) documents.

Coordinate with the team to ensure timely and compliant SoA and RoA delivery.

Support post-advice implementation, including paperwork and task allocation.

Maintain advice templates and ensure client files are audit-ready.

Stay informed on technical and compliance updates and assist with practice-wide implementation.

Help manage SoA workflows and contribute to template reviews and improvements.

Provide guidance and support to junior team members as needed.

What You’ll Bring:

A bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.

Experience in financial planning, paraplanning, or advice operations.

Strong attention to detail and a compliance-first mindset.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Familiarity with CRM systems (we use Intelliflo) and business support software.
