ABOUT THE POSITION.

Take the next step in your professional journey with this growing and innovative studio. They are currently on the lookout for a Project Lead and an Associate who are experienced in leading the delivery of large-scale Class 2 Multi-Residential projects. You will be responsible for setting the standard of high-quality documentation packages, mentoring juniors, handling complex consultant coordination and liaising with clients.

DUTIES.

• Lead the project delivery of a range of Multi-Residential projects
• Manage your team and oversee construction documentation packages, ensuring alignment with Australian Building Codes and ADG
• Attend on-site meetings, liaise with builders, consultants, and other stakeholders
• Independently liaise and manage a range of clients

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.

• Tertiary qualification in Architecture
• Strong competency in Revit or ArchiCAD
• Proven experience leading Class 2 residential projects
• Demonstrates an expertise in consultant coordination, managing client relationships and providing effective team leadership
