We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Service Delivery Manager to lead and manage the delivery of high-quality care for participants in our NDIS funded 24/7 care arrangements across the Gold Coast

This is a dynamic and highly operational role where you will be leading a team of House Coordinators and Support Workers to deliver high quality services, with plenty of challenges and opportunities to take a strategic approach to achieving organisational and participant goals. You'll need to be a skilled and experienced community services leader with an ability to operate at a big picture level to deliver our Participant goals and objectives.

The role is undertaken from your home with travel to visit Participants in their home across the Gold Coast as and when required.

Responsibilities include:

Lead and manage House Coordinators to ensure the delivery of individualised, outcome-focused services.

Maintain quality service across a variety of Supported Independent Living (SIL) services.

Source, onboard, and expand our participant group.

Oversee resource management, including human, financial, and capital resources.

Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships internally and externally.

Participate in performance reviews (mid-probation, end of probation, and annual reviews).

Conduct internal investigations and manage performance issues.

Assist with NDIS reviews and quotes.

Negotiate and manage service agreements.

Participate in a rotational on-call roster to provide ongoing support.

Selection criteria includes:

Proven experience managing services for people with disabilities or similar community services.

Demonstrated professional leadership skills at both operational and strategic levels.

Strong business development skills and experience in a commercial or human services environment.

Strong ability to lead, coach, and mentor teams to achieve key outcomes.

Excellent change management skills to support staff development as the organisation evolves.

In-depth understanding of NDIS funding and SIL quoting processes.
