Your Role – Senior Paraplanner & Advice Delivery Lead

In this senior leadership role, you’ll oversee the Advice Delivery and Client Engagement teams, ensuring the seamless preparation, delivery, and implementation of financial advice. You’ll be responsible for managing workflows, maintaining compliance standards, and driving performance across key service metrics.

You’ll work closely with advisers and team members to ensure our clients receive timely, accurate, and impactful advice—while mentoring junior staff and continuously improving internal processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the Advice Delivery and Client Engagement teams

Oversee the preparation and delivery of Statement of Advice (SoA) and Record of Advice (RoA) documents

Ensure KPIs and service metrics are tracked and met across advice and client service functions

Drive continuous improvement in advice workflows, templates, and compliance standards

Manage onboarding and post-advice implementation processes

Maintain audit-ready client files and ensure adherence to regulatory updates

Provide coaching and support to junior paraplanners and client service staff

Collaborate with advisers to enhance client outcomes and operational efficiency

What You’ll Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in a business or finance-related field

Experience in paraplanning, advice operations, or financial planning

Proven leadership and team management capabilities

Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks

Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills

Familiarity with CRM systems (we use Intelliflo) and business support tools
