The Role
We are seeking a Sales Executive with at least 5 years of experience in freight forwarding sales to join our Australian team. This role is critical to driving our growth by building and maintaining strong client relationships and offering customized logistics solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in ocean and air freight.
Account Management: Develop and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and growth.
Solution Selling: Analyze client needs and present tailored logistics solutions.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to identify opportunities.
Collaboration: Work closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum of 5 years in sales, specifically in ocean and air freight forwarding.
Deep understanding of the freight forwarding industry, including operational processes and pricing structures.
Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Results-driven with the ability to work independently.
A passion for providing exceptional service and building lasting relationships.
What We Offer
Competitive base salary of AUD 85,000- AUD 105,000 annually, depending on experience
