The Role
As the Senior team administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of sales activities and the effective delivery of client outcomes. You will provide high-level administrative, reporting, and coordination support to the leadership team, with a strong focus on accuracy, efficiency, compliance, and professionalism.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting sales reporting, pipeline management, and CRM data integrity
- Managing scheduling, correspondence, and stakeholder communications
- Overseeing general office management duties, including supplies, facilities coordination, and vendor liaison
- Ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Liaising with internal teams to ensure seamless client service delivery
- Handling client and candidate enquiries with a strong customer service focus
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance team efficiency
About You
You are an organised, adaptable, and proactive professional who enjoys working collaboratively and taking ownership of your work. You have strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
- Proven experience in a senior administrative or sales support position
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce advantageous)
- A professional and customer-focused approach
- A commitment to maintaining compliance and data accuracy
- The ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment
