iOS Engineer
Duration: Assignment Until June 2026 + Possibility of extension
Location: Melbourne (Onsite)

Green Light Worldwide have a requirement with our client partner for iOs Engineer join their team Until June 2026 +Possibility of Extension. As an iOS Engineer, you’ll design and build high-performance native applications that empower users to seamlessly interact with critical mobility and infrastructure services. You’ll work in a collaborative Agile environment that values innovation, user-centric design, and engineering excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver performant and scalable iOS applications using SwiftUI and UIKit.
• Implement robust data flows leveraging Combine, Swift Concurrency, and MVVM architecture.
• Build intuitive and accessible interfaces that adhere to Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines (HIG) and modern UX principles.
• Integrate mapping and location-based services (CoreLocation) to enable advanced mobility features.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams — including designers, backend engineers, and product owners — to deliver seamless end-to-end experiences.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, ensuring smooth deployment, testing, and monitoring processes.
• Support production environments through structured troubleshooting, incident response, and continuous improvement practices.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong proficiency in Swift, with in-depth knowledge of SwiftUI, UIKit, and concurrency.
• Hands-on experience with Combine or other reactive/functional programming frameworks.
• Strong understanding of mobile architecture patterns (especially MVVM).
• Experience implementing location-based services and accessibility design standards.
• Exposure to Agile and DevOps delivery environments.
• Proven ability to diagnose, debug, and resolve production-level issues effectively.
• Familiarity with tools such as GitHub, Figma, Jira, Confluence, and Xcode.

Nice to Have

• Experience working in mobility, infrastructure, or consumer digital services domains.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar.
• Experience with unit testing and automated UI testing frameworks.
